Type Number for Location Report

This number keeps turning up on my caller-id, but when I number it back I am never in a position to obtain a live person. It certainly is a recorded information, when they number me. I actually called the police one day a couple of months ago because of another variety that had exactly the same recorded information but nothing came of the police effort. The first time I received a local call using this number, it had been a person called Mark who threatened to come right down to my work and charge me.
