yes i got called many times today from this "unassigned" variety and its the same as another reviews...heavy accented called recognizes herself as from Microsoft and wants access to my "infected" computer by visiting www/ammyy.com and letting him access to my desktop. I hungup and he tried to number back several more times.

Individuals calling have Indian or Pakistani features. If they write that the calls sent from Washington all come from abroad please imagine others! Calling to repair some Windows dilemma they claim I'm having. No way! Con for sure!!

same as many more, incoming handset call, responded, no contact for 10 seconds and then a woman's recorded voice says "farewell". star 69 to the telephone presented the amount I do believe it is an autodialer phoning and spoofing itself as and when it gets a live answer, it links to your person if one-of their "sales representatives" can be acquired and if it's not patched a merchant in 10 seconds it cues the "farewell" program and disconnects. I've had perhaps 50 calls from this range and most contain talking with somebody from New Delhi who claims to represent microsoft and or attempts to offer long distance phone companies.

They guy argued with him, and my partner told him that it was a fraud and what for. He then hung-up after about 2 minutes whilst the gentleman was still chatting. he mentioned he had an accent from Asia. We outsource everything in this nation now so we expect you'll hear on a regular basis to these accents and we let our guard down. Do not hand out any info. Proceed and turn fully off your computers for awhile. called Vancouver on the Thursday (Feb 4) at 7:55 am. Identified he was calling about my computer and himself as Matthew. I did not realize the quantity, or am I having any computer problems, so I only said WHAT????? There was a stop, therefore I simply hung-up. From carrying out a research that this number is just a part of some fraud band, or similar I currently notice....

Somebody called out of this range and claimed they can tell my Computer was attacked. Had me go into the Function Viewer, served like every one of the popular XP problems there were clear illness. While I said I'd stick to a recognized antimalware merchant, they said "I'm not talking about a disease, I'm talking about malicious applications."
