Got a phone-calls from examiner Grover about pdl from 2010 n/BMG. I dont know who they're but he had my info and a classic checking acct # that he just provided the very first 3 #'s of. Says the loan was charged-off 2011 however the firm wants to get repaid. USED TO DO try pdlis last year and the loans I acquired were paid back. I dont need any actions (authorized) taken against me for something, never ever had any. He claims the loan was for over $500 but would settle for $225. I DID SO get an email with my name target ect. I had to give a credit card # (I gave a vintage prepaid card #) to set up reimbursement. I have payment due to-day what do I do? Is this a genuine con or is this legit???

I get calls like this continually and I just owe on a vehicle payment. These people are full fraud artists! He claimed to be Larrious Hayes, with Cane and Mullens. And he was the representative of the litigation team. He claimed the district attorney would definitely report to garnish my wages and use any property I have. I'd actually answer the telephone basically thought like raising my blood pressure . I get so angry when addressing these crazy humans, I can't take action. I don't observe they pay their expenses or for example sleep during the night!

I got a local call today at my work from a Mr. Anthony St. John from this number, he was place in my voice-mail and didn't leave a message and then he called back soon after currently asking for the fax number below. 3/28/2012

I got a phone-calls from Investigator Keaton who transport the call to some Michael Cain, he says that I wrote out a check to somebody who was insuficient fund and that I committed fraud and that I've 24 hours to solve this if not they're submiting a warrant for my arrest! I advised him to forward all files to me via email and he called a smart a... s & a dumb dumb to me and hung up! They state it's with Bank of America & then Ashland Deposit

I just recieved a buzz from this amount asking in regards to a Mr. Williams saying he was wanted for bank fraud and bad checks.

I just received a local call using this number with someone claiming to be always an examiner. They called again, and a woman left a note indicating that I need to number them back with a period so they may offer me but did not say what it had been for?

Tried contacting # back...automated.

Got a phone-calls on my answering machine from the Michael Andrews requesting I number back at to produce a statement in regards to a legal case for somebody I don't know. Provided a number (called it a the courtroom number) but it was only a few figures long. I am aware it isnt a true case quantity using a court case.

This same guy MICHAEL ANDREWS (USES RESPONSES) claims to participate a "litigation" keep. They use false promises and last time they used a fax machine number....I identify his style. He's from a highly fraudalent cash advance corp. Who'll place money in to your account then at the end of the company time ask for it back. BEWARE! Don't give out any personal information. Tell him you will file a claim with Their State Attorney's General office for providing false information. This is your right under consumer protection!

This is a collection firm. They're a crock, They threaten to serve you documents. VM's is left by them with your social security number. They're in violation of Texas laws. A complaint should be filed by anyone who receives a buzz from them with the Attorneygeneral.

I received one call to my cell-phone about my pal today (3/2/12). I've read many different parents activities with this "organization" and every persons encounter hasbeen almost exactly the same(threats, false accusations, unapproved remains, unauthorized information, access to bank balances etc.). Their name was "Mike" and he said to be a lawyer for SSM LLC. Which will be an illegitimate company understand for income cons personal loan and in general. The person stated the incident(with my buddy) occurred last year. He explained my brother was a part of a breach of some unfamiliar contract and bad checks, so they really planned on using him to court. "Mike" had all of my siblings information right down to his SSN("Mike" stated) nonetheless it was all 7 year old information. He asked if my brother was with Larry Miller Vehicle group(Phoenix, AZ), which he hasnt been for 7 years and the number was out-of-date. Stated they would enjoy it handled in a few days
