Banks declaring to become a civil states manager is attempting to obtain funds within the cellphone to settle fake legal concerns. Upon required before cost of any arrangement and asking for paperwork, which is my right that was legal, she was angered and said she'd just a few units to settle this state or I would have to negotiate in court. Since I wouldnot pay her funds sum over the telephone she explained see ya in courtroom and hung up. Remember I wasn't notified the contact was being documented, the statements against me were untrue, I have never obtained written notification, and also the civil states coordinator was not really professional enough to keep composure once I merely expected for proof statements written down. Con. Beware.

Received a phone today (Nov 12) 9:12am with a registered message telling me that the litigation has been recorded against me by the government and provided a 202 number for me to contact quickly. Used to do not write the 202 amount down plus it was just repeated once. Hope I had that range to create below. :(Very Threatening It started off with WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO ACHIEVE YOU...

This telephone number disconnects if it is answered and calls repeatedly.

A message was left on my telephone proclaiming that it was in the IRS. The IRS WOn't make this type of phone call. This is actually the work of some dimwit.

Received txt that said Heyy, and then another that said HI!!. So I replied with??????who is this?. The reply was "Your worst nightmare.-*Forever_Lonely*- "
