just called and said that I was being billed with check fraud which I had taken out a payday loan in 2013 inside the number of 600, they applied my maiden name when contacting and said that basically didn't spend that legitimate action could be consumed. Luckily my boss saw that I was annoyed and inquired what was happening and I was able to shortly inform her while I was to the cellphone and he or she explained to no way pay them the 600 that I had been planning to, I subsequently got off the telephone using them after asking they send me a notification for that libraries and looked up their amount also it arises that they have done this to many people

Published me a notification expressing that I was being directed to attend a deposition, huh what, the problem had been adjudicated...to make the issue disappear completely--the deposition, I could spend them 500 --talk about extortion. They are not being paid by me diddly and certainly not likely to a deposit on a subject already resolved. Ways to create one pay up. This amount dismiss -- arises , nor answer.

Claimed I have been charged of check fraud in a location and called I've never lived under a name I'ven't had for 15 years. This is actually the second call in the same individual from 2 different amounts.

Received a phone-calls from 239-791-7791 (Cape Coral, Florida) left no information, not first-time this has occurred. Want it to stop.
