Type Number for Location Report

My handset is called by this jerk and says heis my "neighbor" claiming he was coming over my house to beat me-up and i've been using his newspaper! :) I dont see the paper and i knew this might not be one-of my neighbors... he was shouting and yelling having some sort of crisis since he couldnt find his newspaper at 8pm on the wednesday evening:)... nevertheless i instructed him to come around and it would be the biggest mistake of his life. Naturally at the time i was a little stunned by the peculiar phone call and was pulling my 10 month old boy on my bike. I called the # when i got home only to get yourself a voicemail however i let him know i was home and wished he was as silly as he sounded and was basically going to appear at my house. Then hours later he sends me a text saying I had been calling the wrong M *%er & @%$ Kr^... whoever this punk is he needs some anger management ASAP!
