one call; don't realize the owner

I received a call out of this amount, but they left me personally a 844 number to return their number. They explained they'd legal documents that this was a courtesy phone, and that I had a need to indicator and my papers would be delivered over a specific day...also believed what district I lived in and quit this communication on both my cell and household number. They did not present up on the day they mentioned somebody might arrive. I think this can be a con, there's no reason my trademark should be required for any legal file. The call was returned by me but hungup before anyone answered.

On 4-8-15, a man calling himself Ben Roslow left a voicemail on my personal cell in regards to a forged signature and a sealed document. He explained he required 2 kinds of ID and my signature witnessed. He said he'd come by my where you work to locate me. Easily was not there, he would look for a time to hook me from my supervisor. Basically didn't conform he said, he would take action. Basically wasn't at-work he explained, he'd come by my residence. Possibly be there for a time. Create yourself available. View you soon, he explained. He said to contact him back or call the processing dept easily had any questions at 888-817-4848.
