This individual has named numereous situations about arranging a discussion for windows. We have told him numerous occasions we are not serious. Today I advised him to put us on his DON'T LOCAL CALL LIST. He won't take no for a remedy and continued to speak over me. He resorts to blocking his mobile number which means you do not know who's calling. He is excessively irritating. His employer to file complaints against him and his employer through appropriate measures will be found by us, basically new how-to contact his employer I would, and if he continues to buzz.
