314-737-4549 continues to local call my handset, which happens to be about the do not phone-calls list. I'm sick of them calling numerous times per day

It's a fraud planning to provide the 'local newspaper'. I adopted their 'do not phone-calls' instructions -press 3-1-1. the software said that they'd remove my number from their database. A day later I got the same local call from your same quantity. I figure they probably provide my number to other scammers...

Obtaining calls twice per day using this range. I believe it's really a telemarketing agency attempting to sell magazine subscriptions.

I called them back from the sub-line (that doesn't present my number - but a different number), and discovered that it is a newspaper registration line. Trash.

These are people looking to get you a subscription or resubscribe to any periodical you have had or had been consuming days gone by. They're persistent. Calls repeatedly a day beginning too early. They get numbers from calling lists and the DNC was for 800 numbers. They currently use individual or personal figures. Charge them with nuisance.
