These people have now been calling twice a-day for the last week. In my opinion they are precisely the same people who termed non-stop for per week about 2 months before. I read Henry's idea but I'm frightened to get connection with them from fear you will see more calls in place of less. My handset rings once and is answered with an unit that askes them to enter the pass code. The machine hangs up after their recorded information has stopped playing given that they do not know it. I can regulate the answering machine never to let the number ring in any way until following the 4 digit code is entered, but I can't gather CallerID data. A small price to pay for.

8/28/13 - I now have 11 pages of telemarketer calls. I don't answer them. I cannot block them because of my hand-set service, Verizon, being uncooperative as it pertains to cellular phones. I'm to the DNC list, which does nogood. I'd police taking care of it (they said). They certainly were struggling to figure out anything...

All tele marketers and these robo calling quantities and CON callers must be ceased. I am to the Do Not Buzz Registry these figures are possibly blocked by me but they keep calling. There's no enterprise name to phone-calls or even statement. I hate them.

I was so fustrated being inundated with one of these calls, I put time into finding a method to stop them. There's a do not buzz request company at 866-246-7196 for a few corporations that buzz consumers who want save time not contacting people who want to be called and to reduce complaints. All you've got to-do is give the owner's hand-set number to verify it's on their list and the acquiring phone number to enhance the do not number list.

I just discovered from the Verizon rep. that anytime you face an 800 or other toll free number, your hand-set number is exposed to the organization or person who possesses the 800 or toll free number that you phone call.
