CALLED, PROVIDED AN AMERICAN LABEL, HAD HEAVY INTERNATIONAL FEATURE....THREATENED ME TO PAY SOMETHING I NEVER HEARD NOTIFY OF. ULTIMATELY, AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I'm AWARE IT IS A SCANDAL, HE TOLD ME OF F---- ME.

I got a local call at the job today from a man with Indian feature saying his name is Brian Daniels, Official with Dept of Crime-Prevention Study of New York City. He said I had been a suspect in a case of defrauder. He mentioned he'd an affidavit facing him and wanted my attorney’s info. He said "law enforcement would be coming to my job and placing me behind bars for 30-days. The caller-id showed the # as 916-395-000 which isn’t also enough #s to get a telephone #. Because they told me my cultural sec# and email address and residence address asking me to verify that was me I quizzed them with several questions. I told them-it may be but I wasn’t till I understood what they certainly were discussing confirming anything. Then he named me 23 times in one evening and began to use profanity. The calls continued a day later. Somehow they began harassing me at the office so I submitted a complaint with the FCC and also got hold of my employers’ number.

This individual called my mobile and left a voicemail of not bothering claims in mention of me being in trouble and offering any claridy on who and what they were calling for! They then called again and left another message blurting out my ssn # and said I better not ignore the number??? Etc... But gave no info even if I called. The quantity back!!!

We used http://newyork.craigslist.org/, (vacation rental in NYC/Manhattan) site and observed “Edwardo-Room vacation rental”, broker Anne Synovec. The details of agent fond of us are: 216 539 7410, 347 321 4629, License 10029NY, the target of the condo 57W 58th St, NY 1019 and mobile numbers: jane.synovec724@yahoo.com. Jane agreed to meet us at the airport and deliver us towards the residence. She emailed us the rental contract and on 20th of December we paid via Western Union the deposit of $655 to her husband Michael Williams of 18 South 18th Street, Terre Haute, In 47802. They're scammares, we lost our money. Please guidance whom to utilize to stop them!

I received a phone-calls from a John Thomas. He said he was helping me to finalize the exchange, and I bought some Vendor products, I learned he wasn't who he said he was. I tried calling him back as of this number, and the voice-mail is full. He also me for a bundle.

A Kyle Erickson named from caller ID Nieto Sanchez. Wondered about this, he stated that these were in the process of changing offices and his phone was being used by him. Wanted to understand what product-we were going to market online, and said that he was a coach for E-Business Solutions and wanted to simply help us to get started. A peculiar phone call, didn't understand what he was calling about. We'd no recollection of trading $2000 in the mid part of August 2011. Seems to us to be always a phishing buzz to scam people that will answer their desk phone.
