I got a desk phone local call using this number on 12-17-10 being bothered of a payday loan I'd been going through a payday loan relief company to deal with. They said that they'd been called by this number about not only my consideration but many other people records too. They also explained this is a scam to get money out of people. I did so try and call the amount back again to tell them to not buzz me at-work nowadays as a result of Fair Credit selections Procedures react. When I called I got a cell phone voice mail and the mail package was convienently full. The best thing related to this variety would be to let them know where you should stick it.

I got a local call using this caller...the # was unfamiliar & thus was the name...but they did leave a note. A woman stating that her name was Cathy Miller explained that she was callin from an affidavit company & they've recieved an affidavit from a company against my name & ssn. She subsequently left the #3474165126 to ensure that I possibly could buzz her back. I have not returned the phone call but I am soooo desperate. Must I buzz back?

Got the same local call today, indicating they are taking appropriate action against me for three significant prices. They actually had the past four digits of my ss#. Has anyone tried contacting them back again to see what they say?

I got a phone-calls from these folks saying they certainly were a law firma dn that I owed money to them. Really supicious. You must disconnect this individuals phone, who actually it is!!!

Acquired 5 calls in a row showing expressing that they represent a national organization that's suing me for fraudlent loan. All buzz threating arrest and that I ought to let them have my lawyer range. Acquired call today proclaiming that I better return phone call by end-of your day if not.

Really hostile collectiont variety bureau. Identified themselves as "William" a national officer in the department of inspections. Became rude, calling me names and curse words and threatened, swore.
