He claimed to become Policeman Eric Foster, he quit me the hotline to his department, he explained it was vital that I call him back which if I overlooked this meaning that all he can claim was good luck so that as the specific situation unfolded horribly for me. It had been definitely weird and he had a heavy foreign accent. Used to do not call him back , nor intend on contacting him back.
