The owner was a robo-speech proclaiming that my debit card have been compromised. I can not remember the lender it said to be from, but I thought it was interested because I don't have a merchant account using them. There was a choice to press 1 to reactivate my card (which doesn't exist). Our guess is this is really a scam so they could steal from them trying to find personal and banking details of naive folks. I just hung-up and they haven't called back yet.

Looks harmless enough except that texts cost money and I do not wish to be spammed by people. I think I'm planning to block the amount. What else will there be to do?
