Owner left a voicemail informing me they were in the irs and they are visiting charge me for tax fraud and tax-evasion and need to contact them at 1-888-855-7251 to deal with the problem. The decision came from 1-347-559-0378 at 10:09am 12:03pm & 3:48pm seems like an IRS telephone fraud depending on IRS site features a diverse 800 number

I received a note on my landline from caller-id 347 559 0378 to call-back 202 754 8079 on at the very least five instances. I want someone can do anything about these kind of calls. For breaking the do not call if nothing else they should really be charged.

Fool from India calling proclaiming to be from government. Desired my bank card data to clear a state in federal courtroom. Ugh.

I received a phone from 347-559-0378 on my home. I answered the call. He informed him that he wasn't and said he was calling in the IRS. He hung up.

Same as everyone...I owe fees, I'll be imprisoned basically do not call-back quickly Since I've a CPA, document every year, every year & be given a duty reimbursement,, I knew it had been a con. Such a jackass to operate a scam-like that

It had been horrible to know, because he was indicating he would definitely charge my mommy, and take away our house, if we-didn't give him 5,000. Once we began noticing that it did not sound genuine that's. But after he rudely concluded the call saying I am not planning to call back, another number called us at particularly 8:14 AM that the caller-id arrived as 'Unknown name and Unfamiliar amount'. This guy, that we now think was just like the past, started saying the way a phone call had been acquired by the authorities from the government, and we had to go-to court in under 45 minutes, stating we were frauds. He explained he went to deliver the authorities. I can't describe precisely what occurred nonetheless it appeared not so unreal. Then following the Unfamiliar owner ended the phone call, the old amount which again is, 1-347-559-0378 , left a voicemail claiming he was 'Sebastian' and informing us the IRS was on our event. We are now living in Glendale Heights, Illinois consequently merely to tell you, if you get a call DON'T FALL FOR THIS, using this range. It's a con, when I discovered. He's a terrible person discourage inhabitants that are loyal, and to complete something similar to this.

Three messages were left on my house mobile on Saturday from a David Martin- Very heavy feature, broken English- calling from the IRS Division, Investigation Division.When I called back the number, Mr. Marshall or whosoever promises to be him, threatened me with all the Sherrif's department arresting me.Would provide no details about the counts against me, spoke very broken English, seemed similar to a thug than a repersentative of the united states Government.Called the area FBI office, they gave me the number to the FTC to number: 1-877-382-4357- Have lodged a problem there.Called the IRS they gave me the inspector-general's number : 1-800-366-4484- They took along the specifics and told me that the examiner will call.

If I didn't return the decision left a message & believed to be IRS.Threatened with legal action. Sounded like these were from India.

Requesting me to local call back. No-one from IRS under any conditions will call anytime that we recognize. It's to be a fraud, please know about it. This should be reported to IRS and/or Authorities to find out such scammer.

Well, man called said he was with government and that i needed to number Damon Marshall back asap to discuss my taxation statements, thus I began to ask questions, which decades, what is the problem, he said he wasn't blessed to discuss it, but that i should buzz back at this time and speak to Mr. Marshall, I advised him I'd not and he sounded like he was calling from India.

Got a phone-calls out of this dangerous man. I owed th IRS and said his name was Damon Marshall and legal action was being taken by them. Also stated I would be picked up by police. While I called him out and called him a scam artist he explained verbatim Go **** yourself I'm convinced a real government staff has better grammar. Beware.

I got a phone-calls a couple of minutes before...from Steven Martin - Badge DLR469282, who told me to number Damon Marshall tomorrow (Saturday) morning between 8 and 12.I asked him if it is a scam and he gave me his badge number.I told him I work-in an accounting office and anytime government has an issue using a consumer, they deliver a letter...they do not have unusual persons local call U.S. individuals on their behalf.

Got a phone-calls this morning from Damon Marshall regarding an IRS issue of utmost importance and not to try to avoid calling him back. EXTREMELY heavy accent, difficult to realize. I let it visit voicemail, so I have it on record - karma can get he if another victim does not arrive at him first. I'll definitely file a written report.
