got a phone-calls from a guy name Joe Marshal said i owed a debt that i knew nothing about when i ask him who it was from he said he didn"t recognize they told him just to obtain the money if I'd a fax machine he would fax it to me i told him i didn"t have one but i might be at one in ten minutes he put up before he did hang up he told me i needed seriously to obtain a lawyer that i was planning to be arrest and eliminate my job

Same thing here. I will be calling the local press, BBB & the Texas States Atty. Company. My lender would have informed me of any payday-loans as the payment is taken by the one I've used out quickly. Let us shut these clowns along.

I've received many calls from this number and they stated that I did not settle a "payday" loan. I have never had a paydayloan and never applied for one. They expected me to verify my name, last four address and SSN --- they had everything --- calling line was incredibly bad --- they stated they were in NY but I believe they were international. Named my boss and inquired for me. I been out of the office and he told my manager to share with me to all him back or I would be ripped from my home and arrested for a criminal investigation. I have no idea what that is about. She said he features a distinct middle-eastern accent and identified himself as Max. They've been calling me on cell telephone and my work hand-set and threatening me that they will have me imprisoned and that I am accountable for a payday loan advance that I'd gotten from their store. They're Indian speaking males and you can't understand a word they're saying. They are incredibly rude and threatening. SCAM, SCAM - they desire one to pay them money.
