Wanted to speak with someone regarding their bill, then wanted to talk to me since I have was not that person. Was not enthusiastic about giving my info, hung-up.

We've 5 phones on the "family plan". All 5 people have started getting calls in the last 2 months. All instances of day. Never leaves message. It's really a refinance pitch, whenever we've called back. Some times they say "press X to be eliminated", but we've seen from others that in the event that you do, they somehow place fees on handset bill!
