Its an electric business hoping to get you to change electrical suppliers. Jerks named my mobile phone on a number that's on the national do not phone-calls list.

Received a hang-up buzz on 2013-11-20 at 1:29 PM. Caller ID name was Out-Of Location, amount revealed as 412-533-1248.

This was a telemarketing local call to promote a White Paper that IDG Connect is providing. I've repeatedly advised the owner that I was not serious and to remove my range, as I'd never requested to-do business with them because they were in violation of the DON'T LOCAL CALL REGISTRY, nor had I previously. Simply because they are not a politician or perhaps a charity - there isn't any LEGAL REASON FOR THEM TO NUMBER ME. I asked the owner if she understood what I needed, she replied, Yes, and I then hung-up. This is the second local call in 2 nights from them. Ideally it will be the last.
