I've fought this provider for at the least annually now. I am interested in beginning class action lawsuit against them. Unwanted local call. Contacting my cell that is about the do not phone-calls list.

These people keep calling my company. I've told them-not to phone call, bur they still phone-calls everyday. This Really Is very troublesome. Just how do I get them to halt. This a telemarketing fraud.

The only way to prevent these calls is: 1. Do not have any landline telephone 2. Don't have any commitment wireless 3. Get an el-cheap 10 Tracfone at K-Mart and use cash-only to fund prepaid cards. Annoying but may be the only method.
