This quantity calls me once a-day and when I reply it hangs up. It says the amount is going of service and disconnected easily phone call it back immidatly?

That Is a day to day matter, I am getting frustrated with this quantity. It calls, I answer when I number it back it does say its disconnected, it weighs up instantly. Its impossible to get a hand-set number to phone-calls someone and its not in service.
