I've gotten this phone-calls too...Expressing that my number is a strong point-of contact for a file that needs to be authorized and which has not yet been delivered to his office and that I have to return his call before further action is taken. His name was given by the caller as Michael Philips. I came across it strange...

Received phone-calls from a person called Mike Phillips. He said that number was in mention of some undelivered documents. Want for calls to avoid. Do not have any idea from what he's speaking about.

A get consistent and random voice messages from this mobile number. They don't state who they're or what papers I've not authorized.

said he was robert phillips and had some papers and to call back.i am about the do not phone-calls list.

This scammer is with Andrew Cohen and Associates also recognize as Gregory Adams and Associates. The BBB of South Florida has provided an F rating because of the incredible amount of claims filed against them to these scammers. Do NOT let them have any information. They've occasionally pretended to become nearby legislation...

Not much you can certainly do in short supply of survey these calls. You can purchase a phone call blocking device or mobile although now so it will help. Do document these calls. This is not the only amount which they call from or even the only location rule either. I have gotten numerous calls from Ryan Upshaw with Andrew Cohen & Assoc. I was informed that I had undeliverable documents too. They've my correct address so why could it be undeliverable I also requested copies of any paperwork...
