Obviously he was suppose to call the dog owner at a selected moment,(he was very rude), operator wasn't in and he TOLD me to check on again. Stated he was from the anything collection. He mumbled the very first component, and that I couldn't determine what he had stated. Then questioned me for owners cell phone number. I wouldnot give it out.
