From Ontario Canada; on the CTV Information a Handset Fraud alert about somebody calling and representing themselves from Microsoft...Statement from Microsoft standard; 'we do not buzz anyone'. They would like to obtain personal information from your computer easy for Theft Identification or your banking. Beware: SAY GOODBYE (from my son the Sham Cop)

We got a phone-calls from a 'Windows' person this night (08:08 PM August 09, 2011) from range asking us to help resolve a problem with our computer that was going to have a virus infect it if we didn't give them control of our technique...they asked us to CTRL R (together) and form in PREFETCH, and to count the files in there...at this point my wife called me. I recommended she have the desk phone number from the 'Windows' person and request some identification...The person said she would telephone back in 20 minutes and hung up...not too surprised there is no phone-calls back yet (1hr later).

Received phone-calls out of this range. They claimed they're calling from Windows Service Heart. I was informed by them that my computer hasbeen giving error messages. I asked how that's possible since I have not make use of the pc in six months. They requested me to turn on the computer so they will manage to help me. Please beware, firms don't do this.
