He supposably was from Airlines giving out a totally free round-trip airplane ticket and promoting them. Subsequently after I hung up with this person I was named by him again I really did not answer...

the owner I.D claims alton together with the phone number 618-465-8085 they simply hangup. going to report this range to the government.

We received a phone-calls in Oslo, Norway, from mobile range 16184658085 which I believed was from North-America. I answered (because I have lost experience of a friend in US) - but merely background noise.

I just got a local call using this. The gentleman explained he was calling from windows and had an accent and error msgs were being sent by my computer. I immediately realized this is some type of telemarketing local call or even a scam. I advised him to hold on. I completed my mobile buzz (I was on a personal number on my cell) and then came back 5 min later and asked that are you again. Then I told him to carry. I returned and inquired who he was and He stated he was calling because he was receiving error msgs coming my the internet of my laptop. I told him I don't have net. He told me to turn on my laptop so that we may fix the problem. I said okay which. He explained your pc. I explained I have 10 of these which is giving the error messages. He said it's via your internet. I said I don't have internet. He explained you do not have internet. I responded no. and he hungup. What he didn't understand is I am a techy and I work with computers everyday. Total Fail proper who doesn't understand please do not provide any information to these folks. They'll probably attempt to remotely access your personal computer and then they'll have a lot of information to take your identity and commit fraud.I wish they phone call back since the next time I'll pretend to complete what they ask and depth all of the information that they ask.

Our caller was an Indian girl named Victoria. She told me she was with Microsoft and I allow her access my computer while issues were mounted by her. Then she hands me off to her director, a man that desired to offer disease protection to me. He was not happy when I declined to buy his merchandise.

Got a phone-calls out of this number and nobody there. Tried contacting it back and got a recording saying the number wasn't in-service

Probably South Asia based telemarketer calling consumers and calling to become from our company (but giving inappropriate facts about the character of our organization and our geographical area). Caller hung up before we could workout who he was calling on behalf of, but we consider it really is commission-based telemarketing of power items, as opposed to an outright fraud.
