This type of person scammers and can be extremely troublesome, as previously mentioned below. They somehow gain access to your individual information that some authorities feel has-been offered for them. DO NOT PAY THEM SOMETHING. They utilize VoIP, spoof figures, and have a tendency to calm down for a time, then regroup. They're calling from places such as India, Nigeria, Malta...rendering it difficult for experts to discover and prosecuate.
