Extortionist demands

i got a local call from this range indicating there clearly was a fraud case against me from some organization ive never heard of in 2005. somehow they'd the last 4 of my societal, indicating i was being charges with national and state charges if i didnt pay them $705.00 Kenneth White & Associates, he became extremely upset raising his voice and hung up when i requested them to mail me out the paperwork demonstrating i owe any funds.

They left a voice message and named me too. Jordan Fisher stated that I'm being investigated for fraud and was his name. I do believe it is bull. I haven't done something fraudulent!

Quit calling

I got this same message and called back once again to examine the "fraud situation" The amounts I was called from was. He told me that he didn't need certainly to give the attorney's name to me but that the organization was Affiliates and Kenneth White. After being yelled at by Someone claiming to be the assistant for the attorney and both Mr. Hill I was hung up on twice. I had been advised they did not need to legally send me anything in writting. The more info I expected for the more I was screamed at. I was informed I'd be caught. I wound up filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I was told by them that everything they were doing and said was 100% illegal. I was also instructed to report a complaint with my AG's office in Washington State. "Mr. Fisher" and his affiliates keeps calling my GF. Mentioned she and her exhusband owed money. Nearly $900 together. Later they phone call back that her ex today owes over $1,000 and claimed she owed the $900. They are extremely disrespectful everytime shouting profanity. And calling them lires

I got a local call from Carrie Williams at kilowatt & Associates, claiming fraud. I called and she said there is a claim of fraud against me. She'd the final 4 digits of my SS#. She reported it was from some business and the day was in 2001.Whatever it was - and I have no knowledge of this - the statute of limitations ran out. So she hung-up. I'd caution anyone getting calls using this firm. Do not supply any information for them.

Have only left this note at different sites, but perhaps it bears repeating here: For what it's worth, I've received four such communications previously week (March 2012). "Andrew Hill" hurriedly scans the same immediate (and ungrammatical) communication each time, claiming there is some sort of scam scenario. However, the name he claims he's searching for is not my own or anyone's I know. I actually contacted him back last week and informed him he had the incorrect name... He thanked me and immediately hungup. Yet he keeps making the exact same lame telephone communication... No idea what his game is, but probably it would be worth calling the Georgia attorney general's office.
