i got a phone-calls an out of this variety saying i owe $4000.00 and if i didn't pay I'd hava a guarantee for my arrest. when i inquired about the debt they claimed i owed wells fargo income when i called them they'd no idea what i was talking about what an overall total fraud!!!!!!!!

B.A.M Monetary, an assortment firm. They called relatives utilizing some different corporation name that ended with "Associates" to pretend to be some kind of law firm, indicating that a complaint had been submitted and action will be obtained for this urgent issue unless they received a phone-calls within twenty four hours. They'd an address for people that was 15 years old. Overall scam, splitting virtually every assortment regulation to the books.

Received a desk phone local call using this number for an individual who does not live here, referencing an incident number and that I had a need to call "the plaintiffs" again at 1-800-475-3430 to talk about. I called the number, thinking it was a set for someone else, however the line was busy.

Got a phone-calls from this number that believed to buzz Mr. Casey at 800-303-5033 regarding a complaint from a neighbor about intended house that my partner's ex wife "owns with him" in an alternative state (he does not even know where in fact the area is, let alone has anything at all to do with his ex wife). The guy who left the message managed to get appear to be he was a lawyer and was likely to "assist" my partner. So we'd our lawyer phone-calls him back! This Can Be A complete scam!
