I think its a scam

Their name is jack jones I do believe... He has a heavy indian accent. He called me repeatedly and he want me to pay for some sum that I've never gotten from them. They desired a prepared apology concerning the miscommunication but they never called me what so ever, so I told them there is no miscommunication. In the apology letter they needed personalized info.he had been unprofessional state do u guarantee you will number me and send the letter tommorrow. I never guaranteed and I did deliver the letter. There still worrying me and I'm tryin to discover a way to stop there number. Can somebody please help me please

They were some loan spots asking easily wished to make some loans. They called repeatedly incredibly frustrating

This same individual has-been calling my cellular number for one week directly 09/20/10 - 09/25/10. He left a number to local call back, and he never keep his name. He's an accent. and he phone call off the last 4 digits. He's usually declaring he is using the department of inspections and legislation, a legal affadavit is in my name and I need have my attorney on record to phone call him if I want to get from this red flag. I don't answer any of the calls and the messages are deleted by me.

These people keep calling me on various amounts at work, home and on my cell - they're SCAMMERS>>>>>>>WOULD YOU LOSERS PLEASE QUIT CALLING ME _ I'll GIVE YOU NOTHING>

I've acquired some threatening phone calls from Danial White, at the office, home and now my cell. I've noted the amount to as much places as I could. Is there anything else that may be performed? These calls are very distressing and unwelcome.

Obtained a note using this range under their whole "unsecured guarantor loan" or whatever. Because I have not signed-up for almost any loans in at least per year I'm not sure what they truly are speaking about, and it sure as hell was not some pay day loan. DO not TRUST THIS NUMBER AND NEVER HAND OUT YOUR OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION!.

"Kevin Jones" calls me, AT THE OFFICE Thursday morning, 9/7, claiming they are with the team of law and inspections, a legal affadavit is in my name and is going to be registered...get a lawyer, etc., etc., for a pay day loan with US Cash Advance that I never paid back. Well, baloney! Never heard of this pay day loan position, the only real corporation with that actual name is in Kentucky (who're well aware of this fraud). They rattled off my SSN, termed somebody I used as a research on something different. They are scammers and thiefs. These individuals are engaged by don't. Hang-up and dismiss them.

I got a local call using this number. A "Kevin Jones" told me he would be seeking legal action and told me to call. Once I called again, a "Kelly Jones" answered. I inquired what their company name was. She stated it absolutely was the appropriate department. I asked again who the business was. She never answered the question. I informed her I was finding a lawyer and my lawyer would be connected. Equally "Kevin" and "Kelly" sounded like they certainly were from India.

He does not say who he is addressing, left name John White, mentions if I do not phone call him back I'm in trouble, that I am being researched, terms of charge and fraud may be built out. Call back day, another person answers, poor connection, can not hear, says he'll call me back. Didn't. 8:30 pm calls again, hangs up this time, no concept left. Calls again 6:30 am?? Weighs up, no information. This Can Be A con, trying to get your recognize information. He claimed about the one of many first communications, that he had license number and my ssn. Trying to catch someone off guard, he claimed the number that he'd, doesn't match, if you were talking to him without doubt, he would then ask you what your SSN is, and there you're. You would just have granted the burglary just what he needs to steal your identity.

Being as how I didn't recognize the amount and anyone didn't establish himself, I stated that "she" wasn't accessible. He requested me to takedown a number (424-258-1984) and number back. I described that it was 6:45 each morning and that to my understanding businesses did not open till 8 am at the earliest. Their reply: "Therefore."
