Desired to talk to the owner and called /CEO of the organization related to a rebate. After I expected for a number along with her business name to be reached at she was eliminated.

I just got off the phone with these people and decided to look it up. I have had this very situation happen to me in the past...these companies hold the right to bill you the maximum rates if you do not renew with them in time. And believe me, the bills i ended up with were completely insane and i could not afford to pay them They are high pressure talkers and they dont really give you the opportunity to take in and understand what you are saying...they are pushy and the guy actually just lied to me. I asked if i was signing up for something he said no, i already have an account with them. Not true...he got irritated with me when i would question him or expressed my concerns. When he said ok, so, for the record you are agreeing to service from APG...i said, i AM signing up for something right now and told him i cant at this time.

Extended to call moments that are numerous even with they were told we're uninterested. A director refused to take no for a remedy and called twice. Had to simply hangup

We attempted everything from calling but no chance to avoid them, and obtain between two to four calls out of this company everyday.

Called our cell phones requesting our electronic bill account number and private information, 3 times we-don't supply that data over the telephone and we are on a do not contact registry for house and cell, why have you been calling...they'd not quit speaking, got belligerent and insisted we give the data for a 20% reduction in our electrical charges if we sign together...

Keeps calling regarding electric incentives. Told them to stop calling and so they persist.
