I've asked them to stop, when asked to stop or recognize themselves, they simply hang up the phone instantly. I WANT THESE FOLKS FINED they are totally harassing me, calling me on my cellphone. I tell them to prevent, and report them to DNCR, however they still keep calling.

Our answering machine found on this number. A female called me by my first name, and then hung up.
