Type Number for Location Report

Last week I joined the Toronto Auto Show. Like everyone, individual is claiming I gained a Florida/Bahamas vacation for just two...at the charge of $299 each. He didn't ask me to get a creditcard, probably because I mentioned I wanted to talk it over with my companion. He asked when he can phone-calls me back, and so tomorrow I said. The responses on here are very useful, I'm going to be telling him I'm-not serious!! Cheers peeps.

I believe this can be a con phone number, they are declaring I won some award for a sketch I entered. For The best of my understanding, I did not fill any draws in the function I went to.

Was in the Toronto Autoshow also and now we are getting calls.

Got a phone-calls in the variety, I live just outside Toronto Canada. Called the amount back twice and each time it picked up and put up. Only times I previously gave out my cell phone number was in the Toronto Autoshow jut last week. Funny thing can it be was to car makers and one was to an olg match. Hard to say if there linked but feasible.

I am from canada too. They explained i won a trip to the bahamas and stated they desire the solution to be garunteed by a credit card number. I advised them that i didnt have one but I'd ask my mom for hers, and when they can buzz back later. They called again fifteen minutes later, he started using the same software while the first guy i spoke to (showing me he's good information for me; that i won a trip.) I told him he'd just called and told me that, but he ignored me and continued to tell me that he required a charge card number to claim the seats. I asked him if he can send this within an e mail or correspondence since i dont feel comfortable offering credit card info within the mobile; he said they dont do that and that if i wish the tickets I've to offer my credit card info or he'll "proceed to another location person". I told him that im not need to pass and confortable, but before i could conclude my scentence he said: "good!" and hung up on me...a fraud?

Only had this number show up to the caller ID. For yesteryear monthapproximately I've been receiving numerous calls calls using this area, but know no-one within the area. No message left on voicemail.

This guy was quite persuasive. I consider myself a smart cookie but I was got by him. They get u all excited first and subsequently technique u into offering credit card to ur! He had all my data; knew I was in the womans exhibit this weekend, knew my name, age, address, email address and that I'm common law. I also accused him of being a fraud but he was smoothe and I gave him my creditcard anyways. Just also reported this quantity with their Fraud team and called visa to stop it! How do these folks sleep through the night!?!

Seems Like a fraud, suggests we won a trip to Florida but they need money for your trip.

Same thing happened tome, much like everyone else who said on here. Unfortunately for me I had been dumb enough to provide them my credit-card info in the beginning. I later told them I was no-longer involved and had to stop my credit-card in case they applied it. They'll provide you a phony website perhaps to check out and tell you that you should book a romantic date to your vacation but its ALL lies. Don't be described as a trick like I was and tune in to them. I was about the mobile for 40 minutes using them and for the first 15 I thought these were legit. This amount has called me 3 x today-so far. Various person - same crap. I did so submit a ballot in the Gender exhibit in Halifax - thats how they got my data in the initial place. Scam, Scam, Scam!!!
