Today got two calls; I don't pickup from numbers not in my telephone; I went along to motorocycle exhibit in NYC earlier this month; about winning a free holiday must've entered contest; predicated on reactions below doesn't seem so free. How can they get-away with this??!?!?!??!

received phone-calls from their store today. Said after completing form at NY motorcycle we gained large getaway deal present at javits center. She wanted my cc #. Duh...Fraud.

Yeah same thing same history i are now living in Quebec Canada and i did visited a show in montreal indication a Sail ticket however it felt too odd that i had to cover 299$ for something I'd acquired...

This business was based out-of Florida, the Florida consumer protection act claims that and deal made over the handset cannot be used contrary to the customer until they firm mails you a copy of the agreement with the facts prescribed over the mobile, and you sign and return that copy. In addition, it claims that in California customers have thirty days to produce dividends under the safety act. If it comes to it email their state attorney’s office of California with the complaint and with the better business bureau

Got a phone-calls today from the same variety. It seemed pretty convincing as I DID visit a bridal show recently, and he read off my private information that I DID fill-in a card for a free trip. I didn't since I didn't have my wallet with me offer him my mastercard information. The gentleman will be calling me back in an hour or so (as he informed me I could not reach him...). I'll ask him for a site or something to substantiate this too-good-to-be-true offer.

I got the same local call and told them I did not want to offer them my charge number since I told them it absolutely was a scam. Anyway, they offered them my credit range and persuaded me this wasn't a scam and I have not got any information about the cruise. Therefore I am pretty sure this can be a con.

Named me and said i won a visit, nonetheless it would charge me $249.00. That isnt succeeding to me. That's a discounted holiday. After i said i assumed this was a fraud ha then just hung-up and said a couple of words. FRAUD!!!!!!
