I received a local call using this number stating I needed seriously to phone call them back of a sensitve case data. when i called back they said they were sueing me for fraud or virtually like $700 said his name was Dennis Stevenson. Could not understand what his business was sueing me. Whaen i informed him i still didn't realize he got rude and hungup on me. I keep calling back to talk to "someone responsible" they wont answer the phones and wont phone-calls me back. They said they were sueing me for they said they weren't and not to give any info out ot this company once I called the company. This really is definitly a con.

Obtained a note using this range. Could not understand precisely what was said the owner had an accent. called the quantity back the caller had a powerful accent so again i could not understand everything. the owner mentioned the firm was an attorneys office but declined to name attorney. The owner had my name and last four of my cultural. the owner said a law suit have been filed against me in federal court in California,something about three counts of credit-card scam. the caller stated that i had a need to keep an attorney. If this individual contacts you please do not provide him any information and report him. the owner mentioned that his name was Daniel Stevenson.

I got a phone-calls out of this number also and he said that i needed an attorney to get a case pending. He had my information and was looking to get more. He'd a foreign accent and said his name was Dennis. I've no idea how he got my data!!!!!

Received phone-calls from William Smith declaring that i needed to maintain an attorney that I had some type of scenario approaching and that I better phone call him back and seriously to local call back and that all he can do is wish me luck. this occurred to me almost a year back and once i advised them to supply me proof case and that i understood they were wanting to con people out of income, they stopped calling for awhile!! where do these folks get our data from!?!?!

FYI SCAM: I keep getting calls from the guy called Alex. He states that I sent applications for financing online and that the organization called Cash Advance moved the funds into my account (they recognized who I bank with. This Really Is intimidating). They express that an EFT was returned unpaid and that the organization asked them to take criminal actions against me. I knew instantly this was a fraud

Caller-ID shows 888-325-4008, message provides Owner Claims they're: ACS/ Law Firm Number Type: Debt Collector I recently got two messages from this East-Indian appearing man with a thick accent by the name of Rich this morning at 7am. His first message stated that it regarded an essential legal matter...then his favorite 2nd message informed me that if I did not buzz him back or my attorney, "all I may do is wish you luck for the world of issues that are going to occur on you." It appears that I'm not the only person after seeking the receiving these calls.
