so what happened

the weekend of 6/25/2011 i recieved many mobile calls using this number stating i owe to get a loan that i imagined to have recieved on march 13 2011.in the quantity of 300-500 pounds and i owe them 890.00. i have in jail on march the 13 2011 and did not get introduced until march 23 2011.they said that I'm being picked up on thursday 6/29/2011 and being placed until 7/1/2011

Today I obtained many calls from their store. They first left me a crazy inaudible concept of not dismissing the call and a lawyer and basically ignore then they want me luck and the situation falls on me. So I called back and advised them that they are a fraud and they were contacting me to for-warn me about a lawsuit for an outstanding pay day loan I got out and said this guy answered. I know for a fact that used to do not take one-out,I told the gentleman exactly why is he trying to con people and harass folks, and just how many "folk" people have they got to fall for this, and that they are not right for calling and harassing people with this ish....I told him that if he'd stop calling my house I"ll stop calling his,he'd stop calling me. I received a phone-calls from two men called Adam Woods and Bryan King stating they are with the regulation corporation Catanese and Wells. Mr. Woods told me that he'd been approached by the Office of Crime Prevention and he was told to see me that I had three pending charges against me that involved 1) Violation of Federal Bank, 2) Guarantee Check Scam, and 3) Theft by Deception. He reported that I needed to go get yourself a Walmart Visa Cash Prepaid card for the amount of $956.34 and deliver it to him by Monday, 6/27 or he'd have where I work the law come and pick me up. He even recognized the name of the business I work for. He reported that all was as a result of not me getting out a payday loan and repaying it. I've never applied for a payday loan. Mr. Woods asked me to fax over a letter next thirty minutes declaring that I would send the $956.34 by Wednesday and that I'd not dispute this deal.

Not sure of da caller name nevertheless they are calling lying I knw I have not and like I borrowed money from their store!

They threatened me saying that I did not realize who I was working with and that I will observe what are the results to me, or anything along those lines, mainly because I would not move them to the employee they were requesting. He was informed by me personnel at my company cannot receive personal calls at work so he proceeded to scream and threaten. Frustrating, even to get a scamartist.

Got a phone-calls first from a indian individual named steve marsol saying the hotline to his department it's time sensitive and i only can wish u good luck saying return the buzz if you don't return the number only thing he can do is wish me good luck because the scenario unfolds on me. WTH who that??

Got a phone-calls tonigt of a law-suit for a payday loan. After you refuse to surrender they get upset and threaten you, then they hang up. Its phony...don't listen to them. They only have specific information like your desk phone numbers and your company. They don't have your property address.
