Named my house & my caller-id showed this telephone. Since I do not know anyone from that area rule I didn't answer my telephone. They did not leave a note.

My partner called from his cell mobile to my work number and this handset number showed up instead of his. We have Alltell.so very similar to person who was on Run. Sound quality was inadequate, so he hungup and called back and caller-ID then confirmed the right cellular number.
