I received a phone-calls around 7:30 a.m. this morning from the gentleman who'd much Indian accent. He called a few days ago after I told him he was a scam and called me on my work number this week. He proceeds to call me reading from the script. I got exactly the same story as everybody else. A lawsuite is being submitted agains my SS# in the state-of California. I need to call exactly the same range, if I want more information. Then he asks easily have an attorney and that I should offer him my attorney's amount. He mentioned that someone wouldbe providing a summons on my work to me. He said I had been charged with three things: check scam; burglary and another thing, do not quite recall. He hung-up on me when I will be arriving after him and told him is was a sham and that I was taking the phone call. I've called back several times and they won't anser

Individual claiming to attorneys company...but is really debt collector...they spoke broken english...and got really frazzelled when I ask why was he calling.
