These people have been calling over many-many months and have been requested to avoid but-don't. We reported them for you several days ago and we have gotten two more calls today where they don't even bother to talk and then we hangup. Is there a method to cause them to become stop calling

Any ideas who this might be

This person keeps calling declaring he is looking for some protection

They phone-calls usually. The information is actually a paste and cut recording of diverse voices. My first name is said by them and then say some bizarre last name that's complicated and cannot be produced out. They claim they are calling from what seems like a law office and check with a case quantity. The exact same male's voice calls from 800-number also. The 800-848-9380 only called and hung up.
